“Our sweet smile and caring ways. Have brightened up many of your days.”
Our attention to detail makes us provide an environment where our residents can grow and take full advantage of their potential:
Stable Steps Care Centre team wants to provide a high standard of care and support to all service users. Our experienced and friendly team is here 24/7 to make them feel safe and welcomed.
Our Mission
It is to improve and develop the quality of our services continuously while placing our resident’s needs at the forefront of our care. We recognise that each resident is an individual and have freedom of expression hence we encourage their participation in their regular care plan. They are always listened to and are enabled to exercise choice wherever possible. We use person-centred approach which literally means putting a person at the centre of their support.
Our Vision, Goals and Values
To aspire to be the most trusted and successful of care providers in everything we do for our residents, their relatives, and our staff. In other words, ‘’to be the best.’’ Our Mission, Values and Vision are underpinned by our policies and procedures which help us to ensure that we provide and maintain Stable Steps Care Centre as a pleasant and safe place to live and work for our residents, visitors, and staff. Our policies and procedures are provided by QCS, tailored to the care home needs, and reviewed as necessary to ensure that we meet our legal and best practice obligations in this regard.
We will strive to provide all our service users with the highest standard of individualised care. We will do this within a warm, friendly, homely, and supportive environment where quality of life is paramount and where residents’ rights, habits, values and cultural background are safeguarded and respected. We recognise that the number of years lived does not prescribe how a person should live, behave, think, or feel. We value the life experiences and knowledge of every resident. We will spend time with every Resident so that they can help us fully to plan their care, which will include opportunities for fulfilment and responsible risk taking.
