Carers

The Carer Team of Stable Steps Care Centre has the responsibility to provide personalized care to residents under the guidance of their needs. Our team is passionate and trained to provide care on very high standards and the management team supervises closely and makes sure that every resident feels safe and comfortable with their carer.

Every carer requires a minimum NVQ level 2 (or working towards).

Carers are also trained to recognize and respond to any changes in residents' health or behavior, ensuring timely interventions and support. They work collaboratively with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, addressing both the physical and emotional needs of residents.
