NURSING TEAM

The nursing team of Stable Steps Care Centre is responsible for the nursing care depending on the resident’s needs and provided under the guidance and instructions of the care home, they also have to ensure that the standards are maintained in line with the regulations, also supervising and training our care team. Furthermore, the nurses are closely supervised by the Management Team that is currently recruiting registered and experienced nurses.

The nurses are also tasked with creating a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering strong relationships with residents and their families. This involves effective communication, empathy, and a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for each resident. The team’s dedication extends to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of care.
