Family member admitted to hospital from here with grade 4 pressure sore after they failed miserably in their duty of care. Didn’t tell family there was a pressure sore until hospital admission. No acknowledgment of guilt, not even an apology. And to add insult to injury they want paying for the seven weeks the patient was dying of sepsis in Stepping Hill.

really impressed with the level of care that my grandma is receiving. the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to meet the needs of every resident. my grandma has been in here for just over a year now and she has received such thorough care, they know all her likes, dislikes, preferences etc and know how to calm her down when she is upset. I would 100% recommend Stable Steps Care Centre, and cant thank the staff enough for all.that they've done for me, my family and my grandma.

Interactions with staff members are positive and they try very hard to understand my partners complex needs
